Please complete the form below to start the registration process.  Please complete a registration form for each attendee.    Dress is casual but modest please .  During the games children may get wet so to avoid slipping during games "No Flip Flops."   Also in the comments please list any food allergies and any medical issues.

There is no cost for attending VBS. 

However an offering will be taken each day between the Girls and Boys.
